Welcome to our luxurious family house in this child friendly neighborhood of Amsterdam. Everything has been renovated in 2021. The house is 250m2, has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a nice garden on the backside of the building.

This house is suitable for families only and is located in a child friendly street. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. The public transport connections to the center are excellent with all public transport available.

You have full access to the whole property and complete privacy for the duration of your stay. Your host is there to let you in, show you around, give you all the details of the house and give you all the tips of the great places to be in the great neighborhood The Watergraafsmeer or of course other areas of the city.

Watergraafsmeer is a lovely residential area in Amsterdam Oost. It’s quiet, very green, and offers comfortable living in a safe and pleasant environment. When looking on a map of Watergraafsmeer, the wide and busy Middenweg cuts it in half.

To the east are the more popular 1930s developments with large and roomy apartments and family homes. You'll find some cosy bars, restaurants and small shops here which make this a great place to be. West of Middenweg is the spectacular Frankendael Park.

In between this mix are several village-like pockets with their own distinct feel. The most famous one is the architecturally important Betondorp, home of a young Johan Cruijff.

Along the charming Ringdijk canal one can still see traces of what the area was like before the 1930s building frenzy. The street that runs parallel to the canal is lined with elegant brick homes and trees and plants.

The zoo 'Artis', the National Maritime Museum, The Tropenmuseum and science museum 'Nemo' ara all within 15 minutes cycling distance.
