Apartment De Baarsjes

We´re happy to invite you in our home, while we´re exploring the world. It is located in 'De Baarsjes', one of the hottest areas in town and it offers everything that you need to relax and explore Amsterdam. This year our house was renovated and equipped with the everything you need, You can enjoy a full kitchen, living/dining room a big nice bed and brand new shower. Also we have a small garden to relax and enjoy the fresh air or light up the bqq in the summer :) The apartment has recently been renovated and contains all kinds of luxuries. The design bathroom contains a great shower, please be sure to use that ;-) The kitchen is equipped with high-end cooking materials, utensils and wine glasses. The whole apartment is available for the guest, it's private and you don't have to share anything. Our host Niels responds to questions and requests very fast and will make sure your stay will be excellent. De Baarsjes was van 1990 tot 2010 een stadsdeel van de gemeente Amsterdam in de Nederlandse provincie Noord-Holland. Per 1 mei 2010 is het opgegaan in het nieuwe stadsdeel Amsterdam-West. Het stadsdeel telde (in 2007) 33.847 inwoners en heeft een oppervlakte van 1,64 km² (waarvan 0,10 km² water). De naam van het stadsdeel De Baarsjes is ontleend aan de vroegere buurtschap De Baarsjes. Deze lag aan de Kostverlorenvaart, nabij de Wiegbrug. De Baarsjesweg is hiernaar genoemd. De Slatuinenweg is nog een laatste overblijfsel van dit buurtje in de vroegere gemeente Sloten. Deze omgeving werd gekenmerkt door tuinderijen in de Baarsjespolder, een deel van de Sloterpolder. You can park right in front of the door but this is expensive. There is a parking lot around the corner that costs 25 euro's a day. I advice you to google 'P+R Parking Amsterdam' and you'll find all the cheap parking spots. The apartment is 30 seconds away from the bus and tram. It's SUPER easy to go to the centre and will take around 10-15 minutes by public transport. You can also rent bikes around the corner! Normal check-in and check-out times: Check-in before 21:00 pm. Check-out before 11:00 am. After 21:00, we ask an additional 20 euro After 00:00, we ask an additional 50 euro. For other check-in and check-out times please contact me. Are you interested in a late check out? Please check the availability 2 days before your check out date. If the apartment is available we offer a late check at 14:00 for an additional charge of 20 euro. -You can pretty much use everything in the kitchen and fridge, so including any herbs, spices, olive oil, etc. -Bed linen, towels, napkins, toilet rolls are all included -There is high-speed wifi. Pasword will be supplied in the guest info. - You can use the small speakers I have provided. Bringing in large speakers is prohibited. Please respect the neighbours, so quiet times after 23.00, especially outside in the garden. - No smoking in the apartment as I am a non-smoker and there may be guests coming after you. You can smoke outside in the garden
