Escape the busy city life
A small little 'island' with 6 houses in a super quiet & green area. This is the ultimate escape right around the corner of our city centre. Step outside of the house and take a walk in Sieger park or walk to Nieuwe Meer for fresh air.
The Riekerpolder is a polder in the municipality of Amsterdam, district of Nieuw-West, north of the Nieuwe Meer. The Riekerpolder is a continuation of the Rietwijkerpolder and the Bovenwegse Sloterpolder (or Sloterbuitenpolder) and was created in 1636 when the area between the Sloterweg and the Nieuwe Meer was diked and drained with a polder mill, the Riekermolen. The polder is part of a peat meadow area that was part of the Hollands-Utrecht peat area.

Feel like visiting another Dutch city besides Amsterdam, but you don't know which one? Travel to our lovely apartment in 's-Hertogenbosch! This city has been voted the best destination for a Dutch city trip.
's-Hertogenbosch, also called 'Den Bosch', is the capital city of the province North Brabant in the Netherlands. The city has a lot of historical buildings and monuments with a diversity in architectural style which is clearly identified on the outside of the buildings. We see the Gothic cathedral with its Romanesque towers, neo-Gothic buildings and Dutch Classicism.
When walking through the city you will surely be impressed and agree that it has it's own unique feeling. A wonderful city to walk around in and enjoy the view, parks, the range of activities and the shops. You’ll find all the big brands and high street retailers, but besides that many pittoresque streets with lovely specialty stores and boutiques.
Furthermore, Den Bosch has a lot of great restaurants and just walking around in the city you will certainly find something to your taste. There is however one must eat sweet when your in Den Bosch and that’s called the ‘Bossche Bol’, which clearly is named after the city and originates from this city. It’s a big ball filled with whipped cream and an exterior that is coated with delicious chocolate.

For everyone who wants to escape the cold winter months in Amsterdam, we offer a villa in Canggu, Bali. Canggu is a resort village on the south coast of the Indonesian island of Bali. It's surrounded by terraced rice paddies and known for beaches like Canggu and Echo, with strong surf.
The nearby Seminyak resort area has chic cafes and organic, eco-friendly restaurants as well as dreamy spa and yoga retreats. Just south of Seminyak, the beachside town of Kuta is known for its nightlife. North of Canggu, Tanah Lot is a Hindu temple that sits just offshore on a rocky outcrop.
Furthermore, Canggu is a town known for its cool hipster scene and surfer vibes. There's awesome street art everywhere, some of the best beaches for surfing, and epic beach bars for witnessing stunning sunsets.
